At Chafeto Shop, you can return or exchange a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, without providing a specific reason.

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

• In its original condition, without signs of use;

• With original tags and packaging;

• Accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt or invoice).

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

• Goods made to order or customized according to the customer’s specifications;

• Products with damaged integrity, broken packaging, or visible signs of use;

• Products that are hygienically sensitive (e.g., underwear, cosmetic products).

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of a factory defect, incorrect item, or damage caused by us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the bank account you have provided.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an incorrect or defective item caused by Chafeto Shop.

5. Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product, please notify us in advance so we can check the availability of the desired item. The customer bears the delivery costs of the new product, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
